Message From Managing Trustee

Dear Friends,

In this third year, after inception of Manappuram Employees Welfare Trust, fear of another wave of corona COVID-19 affecting our workforce was a real danger. Most of our employees got vaccinated and remained safe was a relief. Our most significant achievement was, we were able to support 1116 employees and dependents who were affected by covid, through Covid Assistance Scheme. I am grateful to the generosity of each and every MAFIL employee contributing to the Trust and thereby supporting for the well being of employees in this organization. We could also support eight families of the deceased employees by providing scholarship to their kids .I would like to place on record appreciation for Trust members and other office bearers for processing each claim in a judicious manner.

This was most effective way to connect with the needy employees, dependents and other individ-uals who really needed our help.

We will continue to focus on welfare of employees and public through various schemes.
